I still feel the blood rushing to my face. He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and with his other hand he ruffled my hair as if I were his younger brother. How did it come to this point? We weren't in speaking terms. I doubt that he even knew my name.

I winced, seeing the smirk on my friends' faces only embarrassed me more. Every time I bring up his name almost always they would retort with the word "gayface" as if it were a bad thing. (Think Chace Crawford and Zac Efron.)

I really should cut on fastfood. How cruel that bangungot disguised itself as the object of my affection. To think that barriers have been broken; the way it felt when he touched me is unspeakable. Paasa.

Panahon Ko 'To

Naging studio audience member ako kasama ang aking teammates at iba pang ka-opisina. 3 PM ng October 20th naganap yung taping pero wala akong ideya kung kailan ipapalabas yung episode sa ere. Heto ang ilan sa mga litratong nakunan ng aking kasama.

The set was shabbier than I expected. Parang BA Org Pres lang na malaki ang budget. At least it was airconditioned.

Hosts were Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford. As my teammate put it, Billy looked like Barbie with a beard. Pretty Barbie with a beard he was, what with the curly locks and apparent blush and lipstick. Ang cute niya! Si Luis, ayun, he fit his shirt nicely, hehe.

Me and my teammates. Syempre pinili ko yung picture na tago ako. Bakit hindi pantay ang buhok ko?

The taping wrapped up at around 4 PM, and I hadn't had breakfast or lunch yet. Kaya lumamon ako nito sa Grams Diner. Then we went back to the office to continue working.

Romantic or existential?

You are looking at the cover art of Utada Hikaru's next album. It will be her last release before she goes on hiatus of indefinite length. Of course that doesn't mean anything to you unless you're a fan, but to me it's distressing. It's like that time when Mariah Carey had her breakdown (not the single) and that time when Destiny's Child announced their disbandment and that time when Kylie Minogue was diagnosed with breast cancer.

As much as I had you screaming "GAY!!!" at "Mariah," Utada had this to say regarding her hiatus,

"This period is going to be the period for me to face the real me as a person, by studying something new eagerly and humbly, seeing and learning things in this whole world I don't know yet. I think that's something that should be called 'human activities,' different from 'artist activities.'"

It really must have been tough for her, her second U.S. attempt not flying well as the first one. I think it was a contributing factor that lead to her decision. Just my opinion though.

Kung Hindi Tao, Hayop

I yearn for a pet dog. However, owning one right now is impractical if not impossible. Our landlady who's a cat lady extends the same affection to dogs, but her house has no garage in it. The room Levs and I share is enough just for the two of us. I want the dog to have the space it deserves.

That's why my heart breaks looking at these pictures. Do you know how much Japanese Spitz and Shiba Inu puppies cost? Update: Each can cost more than USD 1,000. I died. But they're so fluffy I want to die again!

Flight

I toppled a carton of Chuckie and spilled some on the floor. It formed a puddle bigger than the size of my foot. It was past midnight, and I was too depressed to function. The black ants started coming, but I couldn't bring myself to wipe the mess clean. Much like how I couldn't bring myself to finish this entry decently. So I squirted away the bottle of Johnson's Baby Milk Bath to line the perimeter. I watched the ants struggle to cross the barrier, either from within or from without, but to no avail. Then I deluded myself to sleep that, when I wake up, the whole metro is submerged and is immobile.

Heto Ako-o-o-o, Umaasa sa Ula-a-a-an

Dahil sa totoo lang, Pokémon lang ang inatupag ko buong weekend. (Ano ba sa Tagalog ang "weekend"?) At saka tulog. Pati na Spicy Chickenjoy (Sssss!)
