Ivan & Disgrace

It was with much sadness that I watched the final, final episode of my most favorite sitcom whose characters I, as a gay adolescent, had related to so much.

Anong petsa na, ngayon ko lang napanood! I downloaded the complete eighth season. Just tell me if you want a copy. :)

The final episode of the eighth and final season of the sitcom shows Will and Grace having the biggest fight yet in their twenty-year relationship as Grace, pregnant with her ex-husband Leo's child, decides to remarry him. Will, having ended his friendship with Grace, gets back with his ex-boyfriend Vince to live together and raise a child of their own.

Two years later, with Jack and Karen's help, Will and Grace reconcile. However, too busy raising their own families, they find it hard to have time for each other.

Will and Grace have a falling out that lasts for years. As if by fate, they bump into each other again when their children meet in college (and eventually get married).

I Liked What I Was Doing

And the perks that came along with it. Why did you have to take them away from me? Why did you have to choose just one person? Why was it not me? Now I hear people from the top are quite surprised and not convinced with your decisions.

This is envy talking. You deal with it because I can't.

Meet Koya

Although his looks could pass for a sex offender's (in the picture at least), I guarantee he's not one. Aba, ay kay gwapo namang niyang kriminal kung ganyon. I'd hurl myself to his feet and implore him to treat me like dirt. Kyaa!

It was lunchtime, July 2009 in Cincinnati. In an office cafeteria, I first laid my eyes on him and thought to myself, "Si koya may future," but quickly second-guessed his "preference" after sensing a metrosexual air to him. Sleekly styled coif and tight-fitting clothes. Nonetheless, he was a pleasant sight to behold.

Naku, mahaba-habang kwento at tinatamad na ako. A basta, he's from England and he's here in Manila for a few days. I work indirectly with him kaya we're in speaking in terms. Mabango ang hininga niya at muntik na akong himatayin sa kilig nang minsang bulungan niya ako. Sabi niya, "I'll wait in my hotel room." I hope I still get to see him next week.

The Element of Freedom

"And the day came when the risk it took to remain tightly closed in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom. This is the element of freedom."

Ano daw? After thinking hard (ooh) about it, losing one's virginity was the first thing that came (ooh, another) to mind.

(Tam)Back

A place in time still belongs to us
Stays preserved in my mind
In the memories Lolit Solis, ah ho
Never too far away...

As soon as the night ends, I wish time will loop back to the 24th of December when care was put aside and food, stuffed inside. As much as I want to see my office mates again-- on second thought, it's not that much. I dread laying my eyes on that "Unread Mail" folder, text in bold, especially the two-, three-digit (God forbid) count beside it. Why aren't people considerate enough to stop sending work email during holidays?

It's early into the year and I'm already complaining so much. Hay, leche!

The Bitter Aftertaste of 2009

Will n
ot be washed down with alcohol for the grudge I hold is an intoxicant far more potent. Let the spite persist and be the engine to consume my being, the very fuel that will drive itself forward... into 2010, with less lame imagery hopefully.

Nanggigigil ako sa galit! Masama sa puso, shet. Bibili na lang ako ng kapa kahit redundant. Simple yet arrogant.
